The program materials in combination with coaching will help you 1) unpack the dieting beliefs that have kept you stuck, 2) master the foundations of nutrition, movement, and weight loss, and 3) Customize the Balance365 Core 4 Habits for sustainable weight loss.


Live coaching calls are available 5-6 days per week. You can come to as many or as few as you need to get support with working towards your goals. All live coaching calls are recorded and are accessible for replay.

In addition to providing support and accountability on coaching calls, coaches are also active and available in our members-only Facebook community. The coaches won't be the only ones keeping you accountable. Stay on track with support from fellow members in the Facebook group and the optional peer accountability groups.

All coaching calls in Balance365 are recorded and uploaded to a members-only private podcast for ease of access and listening. Listen to others being coached and learn on the go.


You can join our coaches for live workouts 3 times per week. All workouts are recorded and accessible in your member library if you can’t join live. Balance365 workouts are 20-30 minutes in length and can be done with limited to no equipment.

Our private Facebook community gives you the opportunity to share your wins and your struggles. Participate in the  check-in threads, get and give support, and build relationships with other women who are on the same journey you are!

Balance365 Coaching costs $199USD to register, and $59USD per month thereafter. 

Great! That means you're already familiar with our philosophy and methods. To make this an easy "yes" for you, we will waive the initial registration fee. Send us an email and we'll arrange it! 

You commit to a minimum of 6 months in Coaching, then you can cancel anytime after that (but you're welcome to stay at long as you need)!

There is no set amount of required time you must spend on Balance365 per day. On average, if you can commit 15 minutes per day to Balance365, we think you’ll thrive! Our goal is to get you the information you need so you can get out and start practicing your new habits and seeing results! We don’t want you stuck behind a computer screen reading all day. 

Our mission at Balance365 is to help you find a way of eating that is physically and psychologically sustainable so you can keep it up for life! In short, we’re here to help you find your unique fat loss formula, so you can lose weight without strict rules or all-or-nothing, unsustainable health and wellness practices  We combine nutrition science with behavior change science, offering a balanced and flexible approach to wellness. We don't just want to help you find a healthier weight - we want you to heal your relationship with food and feel at home in your body. We would argue this is the only sustainable approach to fat loss.

No (and for good reason). Our goal is to help women learn how to lose weight for life, not for a temporary period of time by telling you exactly what to eat. We teach you habits and skills and show you how you can apply them to any meal or social situation. That said, our famous Balance365 Power Bowl Recipe Book does come with your enrollment. This is an excellent tool to help you learn more about what a balanced meal can look like.

Yes. Our coaches will help you navigate eating in a balanced, satisfying way by working with what you can eat, whether that’s a personal choice, a sensitivity/allergy, or an eating preference. We know your long term success lies in helping you create a sustainable way of eating that aligns with how you want to (or must) eat. We can’t stress enough that you do not have to overhaul your life or your nutrition preferences in order to find success with Balance365.

One of the foundations of this program is learning to respond appropriately to your internal cues. There are many different definitions for intermittent fasting, but if yours involves ignoring your hunger cues for long periods of time, it will not be compatible with the Balance365 program.

Absolutely. We have women in our program from every stage and phase of life. The challenges may change, but that’s why coaching is so invaluable. With your coach you can learn to work with this phase of your life, not against it.

In Balance365 Coaching we offer 5-6 live group coaching calls per week. We recommend attending as many or as few as you need! Anyone in our coaching program can attend these calls but when you join, nobody can see or hear you. If you wish to get coached during the call, it will be one-on-one with your coach, but others will be able to listen in.

Studies have shown group weight loss programs are more effective than individual ones. There’s something very motivating about being part of a group of people working to overcome similar challenges. All calls are recorded and uploaded to a private podcast, as well as to your member’s library. Don’t underestimate the power of listening to someone else being coached! Many of our members have their greatest “aha!” moments while listening to others work through their own mindset issues and barriers to change.

You will find the Balance365 coaches in the Facebook community daily, answering questions throughout the day. We host live coaching calls 5-6 times per week at various times of the day (to accommodate different schedules.) We also facilitate small accountability groups so you can connect privately with a few other coaching members on the same journey as you.

There are 5-6 coaching calls per week, at various points in the day: morning, afternoon, evening and weekends. 

We understand! When you join a Balance365 group coaching call nobody can see or hear you. You can start with simply listening in to others being coached. Once you are acquainted and comfortable with the process, you can submit your own question and be coached live as you’ve seen others do. Many people feel shy asking to be coached for the first time and then afterwards say, “I’m so glad I decided to be coached!” And remember, all calls are recorded and uploaded to a private podcast and your member library, so you don’t have to be on the calls in real time to get the benefits. 

The process we recommend for weight loss when you have a lot to lose is the same as when you have less to lose. It’s all about balance, sustainability, consistency, and having access to great coaching for support and accountabliity. One of our founders (Annie Brees) has gone from a size 24 to a size 12 so she understands how intimidating the journey can be and the sabotaging thoughts that can derail you. There are many women in our community who share this goal, so you are in good company. We’re here for you.

If you don’t mind being in the company of women who are on weight loss journeys then you can absolutely still join and benefit from our program and coaching. At its core, Balance365 is about long term health and sustainable habit change. We know there are many women who are comfortable with their body weight (or have smaller weight loss goals) but strongly desire to shift their mindsets, change their relationship with food and their bodies, and create healthier habits. Our program addresses all three. 

At Balance365 we say, “you can’t fail at learning what works for you.” You can ditch all your restrictive diet rules and impossible fitness programs and feel confident that you’re joining a program that is going to help you figure out a way to eat, move and live that feels enjoyable and sustainable for you. This program teaches you nutrition and behavior change fundamentals, and our coaches will work with you on how to make changes work for your life. As long as you’re willing to show up and troubleshoot with our coaches, we know there is a way forward for you. There always is.

Great question! At Balance365 we believe it’s essential for women to learn to love and care for their “now” bodies. After surveying hundreds of women and listening to their thoughts and feelings about “before and after” photos, our current policy is to not ask our clients to provide them to us. That said, if you find them helpful in your own journey, feel free to use them in a way that feels positive for you! You can find a photo representation of Annie’s weight loss journey on our website homepage. 

We do our very best to offer a variety of call times to accommodate people with different schedules in time zones around the world. The call schedule is ever-changing, and we are happy to accommodate requests! That said, all calls are recorded and uploaded to a private podcast and your member library to listen to/view at a time convenient to you. And there is always a coach available in our private Facebook community for those who want to be coached outside of our live coaching hours.

Absolutely. We have members from all over the world. It should be noted however, that the Balance365 material and all coaching sessions are delivered in English.

Enrollment to Balance365 Coaching will be available again in mid to late March.
